Use of Facilities

The Board of Education recognizes that the buildings and grounds are a valuable community resource and believes that this resource should be available to the community for specific uses that will not interfere with educational activities. Non-profit, community based organizations may request use of school facilities under appropriate circumstances. Applications and inquiries for use of buildings should be made to the main office of the respective school.  Use of outside fields and grounds should be made to Mr. Russell Costa, Director of Facilities, at Central Administration Office.

Please see below for further details regarding the District’s Policy and Regulations as well as the forms to be completed and submitted.  An original permit and application will need to be obtained from Central Administration or the school building.
