There is an overview of the city and tourist info. including maps. There are also 3 feature articles: Brazil's Melting Pot, Land of Contrast, and Playing Politics. This is a site packed with information but students will need teacher guidance.

This site can be viewed in Spanish or French.
 
 
United Nations for Students

Students can take a Virtual Tour of the United Nations and this site also includes five units on Peace Education. Each of the units contains learning objectives  and suggested activities. This site can be viewed in Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian.
